Music Up Close
Ever wonder how professional musicians prepare for a concert? What does a Chamber Music Society rehearsal look and feel like? We invite you and your high school or middle school students to attend a real working rehearsal as our artists get ready for one of our concerts. Each rehearsal lasts approximately one hour and is preceded by an introduction to familiarize students with the repertoire they are about to hear. At these unique events students will also have the opportunity to ask questions and to interact informally with our artists.
All Music Up Close events take place from 10:00 am–11:30 am in the Rose Studio or Alice Tully Hall at Lincoln Center. Events are free with available quota.
